𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗔𝗬 - 𝗗𝗘𝗖 𝟭𝟵 Due to the current winter weather conditions and the "No Travel Advised" road status from the DOT, today, Thursday, December 19, will be a Virtual Learning Day. ❄️No in-person school for students and staff today. ❄️All practices, games, and other school-related activities are canceled for today. ❄️No after-school childcare will be available. Teachers will utilize either ParentSquare or Google Classroom to communicate student assignments and expectations. At the October 3, 2024, community meeting on school boundary setting, the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 was opened. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆: https://rsp.mysocialpinpoint.com/WBSD7-boundary-process WBSD7 is undergoing a process to create elementary attendance boundaries, which will take effect in the 2026-2027 school year with the opening of the new elementary school. This survey is designed to gather foundational input from the community for the Board and Administration to consider in the development of boundary concepts. There will be another community meeting on January 9, 2025 to follow up on this survey and other boundary-setting processes. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 The Williston Basin School District #7 invites the community to celebrate the groundbreaking of its new elementary school on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will take place in Williston Square at 1316 33rd St W. Construction for the new elementary school will commence this fall, with the school slated to open its doors in August 2026. This project is made possible by the passing of the bond referendum in April 2024, a major milestone in addressing the district’s continued enrollment growth. The groundbreaking ceremony will be held in partnership with JLG Architects, JE Dunn Construction, and the City of Williston.
