This week's Partners in Health article, "How to diffuse stress in your life" will help you learn the symptoms of stress, how to reduce it, and when to seek help. https://www.chistalexiushealth.org/health-information/health-topics/how-diffuse-stress-your-life

Last week WHS art teacher, Mrs. Veitz, gave Mr. Rooke’s Intro to Theater class a demonstration on color theory and painting trees for backdrops. Great tips to continue creating the amazing backdrops used in so many WHS productions!

Remember that Spring Break is next week!
There will be no school March 14th - 18th.
We hope everyone enjoys their break!

210 WHS seniors spent the day on Tuesday, March 8th, at WSC exploring college programs and degrees as well as various departments colleges have, such as admissions, financial aid, housing, and billing. Students also explored a variety of options for the workforce such as ND Job Service and TrainND programs as well as their CDL simulator! Military recruiters were also available to visit with.
Our seniors were able to make, change, and/or solidify plans at our senior day at WSC! Thank you to WSC for spending the day with our seniors!
